Theresa Bassing Davis, CTS, CSP President, Owner of Medical Temporaries, Inc.

Theresa Bassing Davis began her career as a medical office manager in Arkansas and remained in that field for over 20 years.  She has managed a cardiology, gasroenterology, pulmonary and family practice overseeing all aspects of practice management. After working with Medical Temporaries as a client to staff her own practice, she was asked to assist in expanding the company and she has done just that.  Now, as majority owner of Medical Temporaries, she is proud of our success and will continue to strive for excellence.  She has continued her education to acquire her Certification as a Temporary Staffing Specialist through The National Association of Personnel Service as well as the Certified Staffing Professional Certificate through the American Staffing Association. She has also volunteered her time to be the president of the Virginia Beach Chapter of the Association of Medical Assistants. She is an associate member of the Hampton Roads Medical Office Managers Association.

Jacqueline Roberts, Staffing Specialist

Jacqueline joined Medical Temporaries in 2007 after working as a special education teacher's assistant for the city of Virginia Beach Public Schools.  Prior to that, she spent 5 years working for a local medical billing company as their credentialing counselor and medical insurance biller. Her knowledge of the local medical community, her 5 years of experience working for a non-medical staffing company and her compassion for people has proven to be an asset to Medical Temporaries. She works hard daily to find excellent candidates for her clients.

Angelia Witcher, CSP Director of Operations and Certified Staffing Professional

Angelia has been with Medical Temporaries for 9 years and has worked in various capacities for the company. She began her career with us as a receptionist and quickly found that the staffing industry was her passion.  She moved from a receptionist to staffing specialist and continued her education in employment law, government contracting, and marketing. In 2005, she completed the requirements necessary to become a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association and has kept that certification by attending courses provided at the annual staffing conventions.  Angelia is Secretary of the Virginia Staffing Association and has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management which assists her is supervising the staff of Medical Temporaries. Prior to working in the staffing industry, Angelia worked in the front office of a busy gastroenterology practice.
